4. Payment Terms

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services and deliverables remain with ScaleSathi unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScaleSathi's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

8. Go High Level Services

For services involving Go High Level (GHL) implementation, additional terms may apply as per GHL's service agreement and policies.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice, subject to completion of ongoing commitments.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
